The Grand Budapest Hotel is a movie that premiered in 2014. Wes Anderson wrote and directed the film. The film adopted a story that was written by Anderson and Hugo Guinness. It features an account of the Grand Budapest Hotel, which is filled with passion, love, hatred, jealousy, rage, and murder. A girl who is reading a book that was left by an author is narrating the story.

Lost in Translation

Lost in Translation doubles up as both a hotel movie and a travel movie. It is a romantic comedy-drama. Sofia Coppola wrote and directed the film. The film stars two people who fall in love. The main characters are Bill Murray, who takes the role of an aging actor, and Bob Harris, who falls in love with a pretty woman who is a college graduate named Charlotte. Both actors win BAFTA awards from their roles in this movie. The movies filming location is The Park Hyatt Hotel Tokyo.

Hotel Rwanda

Hotel Rwanda is a movie that was set in Hôtel des Mille Collines. The movie is a British-Italian-south African historical drama film. The movie stars Don Cheadle, Sophie Okendo as a hotelier, Paul Rusesabagina, and his wife, Tatian Rusesabagina. The two give refugees who had been caught in the Rwandan 1994 genocide a shelter in the hotel.

The Shining

If you are a horror movie fan, we have got something for you. The Shining is a movie set in Timberline Lodge in Mt. Hood. It features Jack Nicholson as Jack Torrance, who is given a position in an isolated hotel located in the Colorado Rockies. He is an aspiring writer and an alcoholic who is on his recovery journey. He and his family are caught in a snowstorm and are on the verge of death. This is due to the supernatural powers that the hotel holds. The movie is listed as one of the greatest horror movies. Stephen King wrote the story in 1977.

Vacancy

Vacancy is another American Horror Film that stars Kate Beckinsale and Luke Wilson. The two take a wrong turn, which leads them to a deserted motel in the woods. All the suspenseful parts of the movie happen in the abandoned motel. The filming location is the L Motel Flagstaff.

Oceans 11

Oceans 11 is a heist movie, and this is retrieved from a 1960 Rat Pack Film. This movie was highly successful, and it was ranked number 5 as the highest-grossing film in 2001. It's filming location is the Bellagio, in Las Vegas. The movie sequels Ocean 12 and Ocean 13 were also released in 2004 and 2007, respectively. If you have watched this trilogy, you might want to watch the spin-off of the movie that features an all-female cast.

The Hangover

The hangover is the first movie of the Hangover trilogy, an American Comedy Film. It was released in 2009. The story is about friends who travel to Las Vegas to have a bachelor's party to celebrate the soon to come marriage of one of their friends. The groom disappears while in Las Vegas. The filming location of the Movie is Nevada, and it features the Caesars Palace Hotel.

It looks like most horror films love the setting of a hotel. Hotel Transylvania is another horror film that is set in a hotel. The filming location might seem fictional. The success of the film has led to the creation of a franchise line named Hotel Transylvania. It has also created a mini-series that is released every seven years.

American Horror Story Hotel

American Horror Story Hotel is a whole season in the television series named the American Horror story. The plot is set in the Hotel Cortez, a home of various disturbing scenarios, and is inspired by the Hotel Built by Holmes, where he tortured and murdered people. Some of the action is shot at the Cecil Hotel, which is in downtown Los Angeles.
