How much does it cost to build a website?

The cost can vary dramatically depending on the graphical elements, number of pages, content, photos and images, online forms etc. As an example, a 5 page website with a custom design, 1 online form, basic copy correcting on client supplied information, text and image placement would be approximately $2,000. This price does not include domain name registration or hosting.

What information do you need to get started?

To get started on the right foot, you should send us all of the printed material you have on your business. This information should include contact information, photos, brochures, fact sheets, spec sheets, letterhead, business card and any other information you want included.

What format does the information I provide need to be in?

You can supply the information on paper, word processor files, photos, slides, files on disk etc.

How do I deliver the information to you?

The preferred method is by postal mail, or if the information is on a computer, you can email the files to us. Before sending large image files via email, check with your Internet service provider for any file size restrictions they have for outgoing mail. There no email/file size restrictions on our email system.

What types of websites do you design?

While our field of expertise is in the hospitality industry (Tour and Travel), we have developed many websites for clients outside of this industry. How long does it take to build a website?

Our production time varies depending on the present workload. As a general rule, most website projects can be completed within 2-4 weeks. If you decide to let us create your next project you will be given a firm completion date at the time your order is placed.

Will I be able to view the progress during the design process?

Yes! Once your project is underway, you will receive an email from us with the access information (username and password), where you can login and view the progress, choose a color scheme, approve the initial design and monitor the progress through completion.

After my website is up and running how will visitors find it?

What if I need changes after my site is up and running?

Simply email or fax the changes to us. In most cases they will be made the same day they are received. There is a 20 minute minimum charge for site changes, thereafter time is billed in 1/10th of an hour (6 minute) increments. For information on our website maintenance services, click here.

After my site is up and running, where is it stored?
