The setup process is usually completed within 24-48 hours after placing your order. If you're registering a new domain name at the same time, please allow an extra day or so to complete your account setup. top
How long does my Web Hosting plan last?
Hosting is billed quarterly and your plan will renew automatically for another quarter until cancelled. top
How do I renew my Web Hosting plan?
Renewals are automatic and you will be billed automatically on the renewal date. If the plan you selected was setup with a credit card, it will be charged on the renewal date. top

Can I get a refund for the unused time remaining?
Yes. We offer a ten (10) day grace period on all hosting plans. In other words, if you cancel within 10 days of the invoice date, you won't have to pay the invoice.
Note: If you decide to cancel your account, make sure you have downloaded all of your email and you have a backup copy of all website files. All email and website files will be permanently deleted from our backups on the 11th day and will be lost forever. top
