Yes. When we share maintenance responsibilities it is very important that you let us know which pages you made changes to prior to us performing any work. You see, when we make changes to your web site, we are working from duplicate pages stored on our office servers. When you let us know which pages have been changed, we will first copy them from the web server to our office server, then we can make the changes you requested. Once completed, we will publish our changes back to your web server where they will be live in the Internet. Changes you make to the web site could be lost if you fail to notify us in advance. top
The changes to your web site can be delivered to us by email or fax. In the case of email, you can list the changes in the body of the email message, or attach Word or Excel files. top
Most changes can be made within a day or two, depending on our present workload. If you need us to make changes immediately, please let us know on the email or fax. top

Unused portions of monthly web site maintenance time may not be carried over to the following month. top
We will notify you if work to be performed will exceed the time limits of your maintenance plan. From there, you will have the option to delay the changes to the following month, or authorize us to make the changes in the current month and bill you for the extra time. There are no minimums for extra time used and we will bill you the actual time worked in 1/10th of an hour increments. top
Possibly. You can upgrade your maintenance plan at any time by signing a new six month contract, however you must wait until the existing contract expires to downgrade a plan. Once the initial six month term has past, you can upgrade and downgrade at any time by notifying us at least 30 days in advance by email, fax or US mail. top
